Since March 2020, grant recipients and single auditors have been dealing with a variety of accounting, auditing, reporting, and management issues. In many regards, these issues are the result of significant increases in federal funding from the pandemic and more recently, from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. This webinar will provide an update on the latest developments for recipients and single auditors resulting from these federal funding increases. Among the topics covered will be:

  • Close-out, reporting, and documentation requests for desk reviews – key issues
  • Audit resolution – current status/trends
  • Treasury’s Interim Final Rule on Obligations
  • Common desk review findings
  • Infrastructure funding – what are risk areas to be aware of now?
  • Single audit issues (current and future)
Speakers will provide current practical guidance on issues from the perspectives of grantors, grantees, and auditors (both state and federal).
