NASACT's Executive Committee recently approved a travel assistance program for 2010 and 2011 to help principal members (or their designees) attend the annual conference.
NASACT members in good standing are eligible to be reimbursed for up to $1,000 to cover conference airfare, hotel or registration. To receive the reimbursement, download the travel assistance reimbursement form and submit it, along with applicable receipts, to Lori Slagle, NASACT finance manager, at lslagle@nasact.org. All reimbursements will be processed immediately following the annual conference.
New state auditors, state comptrollers and state treasurers will receive complimentary registration to the conference (a $600 value) and may also utilize the $1,000 in travel assistance. New state auditors, state comptrollers and state treasurers wishing to utilize this benefit should call NASACT at (859) 276-1147 and ask for Donna Maloy to get registered.
